Step by step

1

Scope your states

We build a state-by-state requirements matrix for where you want to ship: fees, record-retention rules, whether controlled substances may ship and which schedules, PDMP reporting, pharmacist-license and tech-ratio rules, and typical review time.

2

Home-state packet

We gather the documents most boards ask for: your current home-state permit, most recent inspection report, ownership and officer disclosures, PIC details, and business filings.

3

Applications, state by state

We prepare each nonresident application for your review and signature. You sign and pay each state directly.

4

Controlled substances

Where you will ship controlled substances: separate state controlled-substance registrations, PDMP reporting setup, and reporting waivers where a state allows them.

5

Pharmacist & PIC requirements

Some states require a pharmacist licensed in that state or a named PIC form. We flag these early.

6

Board follow-up

We track each application, answer deficiency letters with you, and log approvals.

7

Renewals & rule changes

Renewal calendar per license, and plain-English alerts when a board changes a rule that affects you.
